Google has finally released Panda 4.2 after about 10 months. Many of you may not have noticed because this rollout is happening incredibly slowly. This new update will not affect the search results overnight.
This new update will not affect the search results overnight as Google has said that the update can take up months to fully roll out and even on a site by site basis, some of your Web pages might not see a change immediately. This does not mean the algorithm is page-by-page basis, it is a site-wide algorithm. Because of the slow roll out, it could take a while to see any changes in your organic rankings.
Panda updates have always been query and content based algorithm changes. However, Google said this Panda refresh impacted about 2-3% of queries.
